Back to School Night

Thank you for coming to Room 426!

My name is Mrs. Hernandez and I teach AP European history, AVID-10, and World History CP.

I have been teaching at SPHS for all three years that I have been teaching. I have taught the same courses each year, except that this year I am teaching AVID 10 instead of freshmen. It has been so awesome to have so many of my students twice. I have a bachelor's in history from CSUCI and am currently working on my Masters in European History.  

When not doing schoolwork, I love hanging with my husband and daughterm gardening in our backyard here in Santa Paula, and reading a good book. 

Please feel free to take a look at this website. I house most of my AP European history lessons here and keep bell ringers for both World and AVID which give you a general idea of what we are working on in class. You will also find a course syllabus for each course.
